Where our usual intensive vocational training for a massage-, sports- and spa therapist also has a theoretical course content, our short massage courses has almost only a practical course content.
Our course of about 2 days is perfect for those of you who want to learn the basics of the world’s most famous massage method, the Swedish classic massage. Maybe you just want to be able to massage each other in a relationship, your parents, siblings or acquaintances? The course is therefore perfectly suitable for those who only want to learn the basics of massaging for house hold needs.

The content of our massage courses consists almost exclusively of practical learning. This means that during two intense days you will learn how to massage using different massage techniques and grips, how to adjust the pressure in the massage to the clients wishes, when to massage and when not to massage etc.
To attend the course you need to be at least two people who register at the same time. The course has no fixed course date, but it is you yourself who decide when you want to go Massage & Spa School’s massage course. Everything so that you can decide for yourself what suits you and your companion best.
Frequently asked questions and answers about Massage & Spa Schools short massage course
Can I take the course with a friend just the two of us?
Answer: Yes, you and your friend can take the course all by yourselves and without other participants. You also decide for yourselves when you want to take the course.
Am I a trained masseur or massage therapist after the end of the course?
Answer: No, the course is only a practical course for house hold needs where you learn the basic techniques and execution of Swedish classic massage.
Will I really be able to massage after just two days?
Answer: Yes, you will learn the basics of performing a Swedish classic massage. The course has almost only practical content and where we begin to massage each other during the first hour of the first day of the course. Then we will train step by step over and over for two intense days. You wil have your teacher with you that shows, supports and helps you.
We are a group of four people who are interested in combining the course with our holidays, is it possible?
Answer: Yes, it is possible that you take the course at the same time all four. The content of the course will be practical learning during the early morning and until lunchtime. This means that you have plenty of time to both take the course and at the same time to enjoy your vacation.
We have our own accommodation, can we still take the course?
Answer: Yes, everyone is welcome regardless of accommodation. Our only requirement is that you are 18 years of age.
Are your classrooms located centrally in San Agustín, is it difficult to find?
Answer: Our classrooms are centrally located in San Agustín and 5 minutes walk from the center of San Agustín, so it is very easy to find us. San Agustín is also a very small tourist resort compared to many other tourist resorts here in Gran Canaria. This means that no matter where you live in San Agustín, our classrooms are only a short walk away.
We want to take your massage course but will stay in Puerto Rico or Playa del Ingles, will buses run in between?
Answer: Yes, there are buses from both Puerto Rico and Playa del Ingles to San Agustín, so do other places and tourist resorts to San Agustín. This makes it always easy to reach us. The bus stop in San Agustín is only about a 2 minute walk from our classrooms.
